“I was asked to be one of the first contributing artists to Serin Kucuk’s new venture. Kucuk & Co, creating Hand-Crafted Wooden Backgammon Boards.
Serin hand dyes the wood into the colours needed for the design and then laser cuts it all into the shapes taken from my digitally rendered designs and piece by piece, he puts together the intricate puzzle.
No part of the creation is easy, but all of it is put together with love and passion, There’s a big heart here, and this was a dreamy collaboration”

“This illustration was made to highlight and communicate the common truth behind the overused phrase;
“Wealth trickles down from the one percent to people in poverty”
I wanted to show that the poor often remain poor, that a “trickle” is not enough, that their circumstances do not change and that the problem is a growing one.
Highlighting the belief that “the trickle” simply burns a hole in the pockets of people unable to save, sending the money straight back to those in power. Showing the “giving” hand to also be the one “taking” the coin back after it has fallen”

ESP//Esta ilustración se hizo para resaltar y comunicar la verdad común que se esconde tras la manida frase;
“A series of three characters, The Juggler, the Hopeless and the Hopeful.
They are my conceptual take, on modern love.
What started off as an improvised mural piece that was painted live during an Art Night in Madrid, quickly turned into me creating three separate digital artworks of each character.
The hopeless character free falls through space, catching the arrows as they fly with their heart out of the game. The Hopeful character is the opposite, The old fashioned romantic, protectively, holding the key to their heart whilst The Juggler is between the two, manoeuvring between two sides and multiple opinions, searching for the answer to the question…what is love?”

I created a mural at Seedtag’s Office in Madrid.

In collaboration with Creative Debuts, I painted live at a few of their events in London, at their flagship store in Oxford street and also at their popular east London branch in Shoreditch.
Engaging with attendees at the events, and being able to let loose and create bold artworks on canvases and being part of the excitement and energy was, and is always, a pleasure.
I also was part of a 'customisation station' in the stores, where I customised the recently purchased trainers of customers, listening to what it was they wanted and developing an idea that was inline with their interests and also worked artistically for the trainer, ensuring they went home happy.

A mix of personal projects playing with stylised characters that where hand-drawn in my sketchbooks and brought to life digitally.

“Thanks to Joshua Evan Greenberg at Hello Caveat, I was brought on board to create packaging design for Jamie Makeup’s second product release “The Bloss”.
Jamie Makeup wanted to break the status quo. To have a packaging design that was fun and colourful!. I focused on bringing about, energy and movement, playing with fun shapes that filled the space. The Bloss is a ‘moisturising’ lip gloss and so some of the shapes were inspired by liquid, and I added sheens to make them shine to add an effect that complimented the essence of the product.
I also designed some small little spot illustrations to be used as stickers for social media posts, ads and their website.”

“A collaboration with Iain MacArthur were we worked with Brewgooder, London Fields Brewery and Alex Fatho to bring this project to life.
A beer brewed to help make a difference. Proceeds made from sales went to provide free one to one therapy sessions for those in the service industry. The idea being, that when people ordered a Please and Thankyou, they had to use those two words that, really do, make all the difference to those who work in hospitality.”

I designed and illustrated a digital mural that was to be printed large scale and used as a "Photo Wall" at the finish line of the Hackney Half Marathon 2023.

// Mental Health Awareness Project //
This was the brainchild of Alex Fatho who wanted to help support those who work in the service industry aswell as raise mental health awareness.
The idea was centered around multiple collaborations between top London Chefs, who would share their Mental Health Story and top London Bartenders and Artists, who would each create a custom cocktail and an original art piece, inspired by said story.
The Art and Cocktails were sold to raise funds for charity.
The piece was then exhibited at Fulham town hall, among the other collaborations where a secondary collaboration between David Oku and I, came about. Where we were let loose in a room specially given to us to create a huge mural further raising mental health awareness.

Large scale painting made for Publicis Sapient's new London office where it was to be displayed, and function, as a colourful Mural.
The design I planned out and illustrated was made to celebrate what Publicis Sapient do as a company, how they touch the lives of so many and the technology that connects us all, aiding our lives.
I painted the Mural Live in Shoreditch, London, during the premiere event for their new documentary film called “Never Done” by Oscar winning director Ben Proudfoot. Hosted by Richard Ayoade, I was painting live as the evening progressed, creating this piece, I titled “ripple effect” such is their influence, that celebrated who they are as a company and what they do, With everything emanating out from the central circle (Publicis Sapient’s Logo) The Mural painting was created during their event in Shoreditch, premiering their short film documentary, directed by Ben Proudfoot.

Spray Painting - Street Art
Documenting my participation in 21er Gallery’s Paint Jam on their Wall of Fame in Berlin.
Inspired by one of the Characters I had been illustrating during my time there.
I love playing with bold brought colours, and using that to mask the true theme of the pieces. For instance when looked at closely you can see the character is actually crying, that there are tears behind and through his eyes. It’s a nod to societal pressures on men and what it means to be masculine. How the boldness can hide the truth, the front.

“Piece by Piece to Paradise”
Motivated to create an illustration that communicates a phrase I often think about.
“one step at a time”
It sounds simple and cliche but it is so easily forgotten. Life is made up of alot of stumbles but its the accumulation and collection of those stones that we find along our path that slowly become, the very thing we use to construct our “paradise"
This piece is about, going through life, looking ahead but dealing with each "piece" at a time
as they come
as life serves them to us…
Keeping focus on the present moment….
Particularly when looking at the theme of success.

A reimagined version of Hokusai’s - The Great Wave off Kanagawa

I was asked to draw a ‘climate change activist bear’ that looked like it had come from Glastonbury festival that had an expression of being “fed up and disappointed”…it was probably the most oddly specific brief I had received but was fun to depict that.

Showing the harm it can do when one secludes themselves.
Written and Illustrated by me I wrote a poem that flows throughout, The rhythm of which, symbolises a heartbeat. So that as a person reads it, if they are struggling, it is a gentle reminder that they are alive, that they are here, a reminder of thier own strength and perseverance.

If we break, we build.
